The Corona crisis did not only put the Harz Mountains in a state of shock in the spring and summer of 2020. We also felt the consequences of the pandemic. Nevertheless, we have not missed the opportunity to work for you on other novelties from the monastery distillery. After all, there are more than enough reasons for some good news this year.
Instead of one piece of good news or one new specialty, there are three new products that we will be able to offer our customers from September. As usual, we have focused on our genuine Harz distillery craft and combined the traditionally high quality of our spirits with fresh ideas.
The first novelty should delight all those who like it sweet and creamy. Besides, our new liqueur comes just in time to brighten up the gray autumn and winter days. Our marzipan cream liqueur is now available under the name Harzipan. It combines the full-bodied aroma of Wöltingeroder Feinbrand with a gentle almond sweetness and a soft texture that rivals any dessert.
The second novelty comes without cream, but convinces with a surprising effervescence and a pleasant spiciness. The name says it all: In our liqueur Zingwer combines the best of lemon with the distinctive aroma of ginger root. Tastes great pure or as an addition to long drinks and cocktails.
The third innovation heralds a new product line. Under the name Schnaps, we focus on clear classics with that certain something. The apricot makes the start. A perfect fruit when it comes to capturing the taste of summer in a high proof.
