Another gold for Angelina – Crunchy hazelnut
Receiving an international award is a great success for any producer, and this year Angelina – Crisp Hazelnut, our hazelnut liqueur, has again won gold in an international competition. The product recently won an award at Meininger’s International Spirits Award Gold 2023 and was also awarded DLG Gold in 2021.
This is an enormous achievement and shows that independent institutions also classify our products from the Wöltingerode Monastery Distillery as high quality products. After all, Meininger’s International Spirits Award is one of the most prestigious competitions in the world, and only about 30% of the spirits entered receive an award. This means that Angelina – Crunchy Hazelnut is among the best of the best.
Our hazelnut liqueur is a specialty from the Harz, which thus also bears the Typisch Harz -Regional seal. Angelina already enjoys great popularity among our customers due to its unique taste. The product is made from natural ingredients and has a high content of hazelnuts, which gives it a rich and full-bodied taste. The gold award confirms not only the quality of the product, but also our commitment as a monastery distillery for the production of high quality spirits.
