With the brand new variety “Fine Strawberry” we continue our successful series “Der Geistliche”. We have transformed real, regional fruit into an extraordinary spirit in the monastery distillery. Thanks to this specialty from the Harz, strawberries are now in season all year round.

At the height of summer, you could enjoy the sweet vitamin C bombs pure, with whipped cream or on fruit tarts and ice cream sundaes – now they come in high-proof and liquid form. “Der Geistliche – Feine Erdbeere” combines fresh, sun-ripened fruit, our legendary Wöltingeroder Feinbrand, traditional craftsmanship and a lot of love for the product. For now, “The Clergyman – Fine Strawberry” is available quite exclusively in our farm store. Another good reason to take a trip to the beautiful Harz mountains and visit us in Wöltingerode! A stay on the monastery grounds is always a special highlight for long-time fans and new discoverers. In the farm store – in addition to the strawberry spirit and the complete range of the monastery distillery – other regional specialties are waiting for you to taste on site and take away.
