The salmon tour begins at the Salmon Info Center. There you will learn interesting facts about salmon and their importance of the migratory fish for our local waters. In addition, you will learn a little history of the monastery Wöltingerode during this tour.

This will be followed by a tasting of delicious spirits from our distillery.
