Longtime fans of the Wöltingerode Monastery Distillery may remember: On the occasion of the opening of the Salmon Information Center on the monastery grounds, our salmon water was launched for the first time on 9.9.2011. Until 2016, the noble liqueur made from caraway seeds and fine brandy enjoyed great popularity.
Since the specialty is no longer part of the assortment, it is sorely missed by many regular customers. Due to continued high demand, we have decided to revive our salmon water. And under the name “Lax” in a chic designer bottle. The whole is strictly limited: Only 2,800 bottles will be bottled in total, each signed and numbered. A raffle around some “lucky numbers” is also planned.
“With this limited special edition, we want to thank our customers for their loyalty even in Corona times. The Lax water from Wöltingerode is something very special, both in terms of taste and appearance, and contributes to the preservation of genuine Harz distillery craftsmanship,” says master distiller Dany Mailah.
