On the occasion of the opening of the Wöltingeroder Salmon Information Center, our salmon water was first launched in 2011. Now the noble liqueur made from caraway and fine brandy is finally back! And under the name "LAX" in a chic designer bottle. The whole thing is strictly limited: Only 2,800 bottles will be bottled in total, each signed and numbered. LAX is available exclusively at the Wöltingerode Kiosk and in the farm store.

We dedicate this speciality to the Lower Saxon noble family of the Guelphs, which provided four English kings from 1714 to 1820 and founded the Klosterkammer Hannover in 1818. Through refinement in whiskey barrels and additional maturing time, we give our noble grain an unmistakable character with outstanding taste.
We have dedicated this noble grain to Johannes Wapensticker, provost in Wöltingerode from 1697-1718. Rich wheat, fragrant malts and purest spring water from our own well unite in the copper still to a mild-soft composition.
